What are chiropractic adjustments?

The most effective treatment for restricted joints is a chiropractic adjustment (also known as manipulation or mobilization).

A chiropractic adjustment is frequently assumed to be limited to treating back pain, however, it may be used on any joint in the body. Improper joint movement can cause discomfort and/or tissue injury by interfering with the body's overall movement quality.

Chiropractic adjustments restore motion to restricted joints and normalize overall body movement in a safe and effective manner.

Adjusting entails positioning the body in a safe position to stimulate the desired movement while also administering a rapid, precise push to the joint. Chiropractic adjustments are extremely successful at reducing pain and enhancing athletic performance.

When should you consider chiropractic care?

If you have been in pain of any kind, we are an excellent place to start your road to healing.

Every patient at our clinic has a thorough examination to establish the source of their pain. Thanks to our extensive evaluation procedure, we can assist patients in identifying and managing a wide range of problems. Many people seek treatment for injuries incurred while exercising, participating in sports, or as a consequence of a car accident. We're also skilled in treating pain caused by less evident causes like postural abnormalities, poor workplace ergonomics, and so on.

Each case is unique. Each person who comes to our clinic for treatment receives a personalized treatment plan targeted at maximizing their recovery and allowing them to resume their favourite hobbies. Soft tissue treatment, specialized injury-related rehab exercises, chiropractic adjustment, and/or our Class IV cold laser treatment are all used in the creation of treatment plans.
